Ben Applegate story (an alias) & the theft of his two sons as seen on www.youtube.com/channel/UCYxjqfMWCt5aCY3GODB790w/videosYou tube
The single largest industry in Canada is family law. Family law industry and spinoffs gross more profit than criminal & business law combined. All that money flows from families to lawyers & judges and into the economy. Family law is corrupt to it's core and allowed to be corrupt due to short sighted economic desperation and greed...
50% of all marriages end in Canada. Many parents don't have the $100,000 or more dollars to pay the lawyers as I did and many pay what they have and are eventually left financially broken as they now can't afford shoes for their children. Children suffer the results as morally bankrupt lawyers, judges and government take the lion's share of the money at time of separation and divorce. Theft of wealth by family law bandits is completely unregulated and organizations such as the BC Law Society & CJC are phony regulatory bodies designed to whitewash the crimes by their friends. (yes, lawyers & judges call each other friend:) Until the legal profession in Canada is regulated, more children will slide into poverty & depression & lash out in such ways as crime, drugs or even murder and suicide . . https://www.straight.com/news/1346841/child-poverty-bc-still-high-ever
Unregulated family law corruption is leading to a fractured society and many expensive social issues that will delete all the short term financial gains and eventually magnify the K shaped Canadian economy.
Please review all the 20 or so pages that highlight my story and my evidence of family law corruption and the dire consequences. My story has been one of owning a home with a wife and two sons to becoming homeless, to untold stress and attempted suicide, to slowly rebuilding my life without my two sons after my life savings was absorbed by dirty lawyers. Its been a journey of upgrading my education, writing a thousand letters to government at both the provincial and federal level, filing complaints to the BC Law Society & CJC, 20 or so FOI searches that were all heavily redacted and being told to fuck off by those in power. Strangely though, I did survive the roller coaster ride and steep learning curve and have done very well for myself after I made the decision to walk away from the lawyers, the courtrooms and my two children.
